Safety Care is CPS's chosen de-escalation strategy series created to prevent crises, injuries and power struggles. Unlike PBIS or other behavior management strategies, Safety Care provides tangible, easy to understand methods of de-escalation in a safe environment where participants have multiple opportunities to practice their new skills.
